Hello, our blog is a bit slow to start but we are happy to say that only means we are simply too busy to get down to article writing!  Although it is certainly a different market, as it is in most areas these days, we have a healthy but not overwhelming amount of home and land inventory to give you Buyers a choice or two.  This is fantastic compared to the last few years when often all we could do was take a name and number and hope to find just the right place.

In regards to our title today, we have decided to provide a new order of properties in our Featured Property page.  Instead of listing properties by ID number you will now be able to review properties from highest price to lowest.  We hope this will make searching for your Cannon Beach home even easier!
